Arctic Trading FZCO is a private trading and investment company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, established in 2021 under a general trading license in the IFZA free zone.
Our activity centers on identifying and taking equity positions in startups and early-stage companies. We are not a fund and do not manage capital on behalf of third parties; our
positions are taken directly, alongside a small number of trusted co-investors.
We favor quality over volume — a limited number of considered positions, held for as long
as it takes a company to prove its thesis, rather than a wide spread of speculative bets.
Opportunities typically reach us through direct relationships rather than public channels,
and where useful to a company, our involvement extends beyond capital to introductions,
structuring guidance, and a steady sounding board through early decisions.
Discretion is part of how we operate. We do not publicize our positions or the terms behind
them, out of respect for the companies we back and their other stakeholders.
